Ice Cream Sandwich Cake Recipe

If you're anything like me, you have a weakness for sweets and ice cream. As I absolutely love sweets, naturally I enjoy baking. Have you ever wondered what you can make with already pre-made ice cream sandwiches? I didn't either until I thought out of the box. Normally you just eat the sandwich, right? What if I told you, there are so many endless possibilities! See below for my Ice Cream Cake Sandwich recipe and go try it for yourself!

Ingredients:

• 4 Pre-made Ice Cream Sandwiches (I used Fat Boy but any brand is fine)

• Betty Crocker Icing

• Sprinkles

• Chocolate Chips

Steps

1. Unwrap the ice cream sandwiches and place two side by side both top and bottom into a baking dish. They should be aligned into a square.

2. Spread the icing out onto the top of the sandwiches evenly until it looks like a cake.

3. Sprinkle on chocolate chips, sprinkles and any other toppings you'd like.

4. Put in the freezer for at least 30 minutes until serving.
